Task On Hand is an innovative app designed for Canadian Red Cross employees working remotely, addressing their unique challenges in task management and communication. It offers features like task tracking, chat functionality, accurate task estimations, group creation, note attachments, and email integration to enhance productivity and work-life balance.

Our user research revealed that 54% of users still rely on pen and paper for task management, guiding our design process to create a tailored solution.
Using a design thinking approach, we developed Task On Hand through empathetic user research, prototyping, and usability testing. The final product offers a seamless user experience with intuitive features for task creation, prioritization, and collaboration. Future enhancements will include integration with other apps, machine learning, and dark mode to further improve utility.
